In the wake of the St. Mary Siphon failure, we’ve received a number of questions regarding water rights—including Vested Rights, Junior Rights, Tribal Water Rights, Project Water Allotments—and concerns about unauthorized water use.

To help address these issues, we’ve created a form for you to:

• Submit water rights questions

• Report concerns or potential violations

• Notify us of suspected water theft

All submissions will be reviewed by the Milk River Joint Board of Control and shared with water rights specialists at the Montana DNRC and the Bureau of Reclamation to ensure accurate and timely responses.
